Hilton Head Photographers | Sunset Beach Session

I had a lot of fun taking sunset beach portraits of this family in Palmetto Dunes. Even though it was a little windy, they had great smiles from the very beginning. We have had some very iffy weather in Hilton Head the last couple of weeks, but by the time you get the the ocean, it all seems perfect.

For this family’s portraits we started out taking pictures in the dunes. On sunny days like this one, it’s best to start there and give the sun some time to set so we don’t become blind at the water’s edge! We had a beautiful sky as the sun began to set behind the buildings.
