Seamless Client Experience
From the moment you book your session until your final prints are delivered, Maureen ensures a seamless experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Booking and Planning: After filling out the contact form, Maureen will reach out to find the perfect date and location for your session, answer any questions, and provide tips on preparing for your photoshoot.
- The Session: Your 45-minute portrait session will be filled with laughter and natural interactions. Maureen’s engaging approach helps clients, especially kids, feel comfortable and at ease, ensuring genuine smiles and candid moments.
- Post-Session Viewing: At the end of your session, you will set a time to meet before you leave the island. Maureen will bring her laptop and run a quick slideshow so you can see your portraits. Everything will be retouched, and you can also pick your 11×14. She’ll give you the USB to take home and ship the print when it comes from the lab. If you are leaving the island before you can meet, Maureen will send you a link to an online gallery to view and download your photos and pick your 11×14.
- Print Delivery: You’ll receive your beautiful 11×14 mounted portrait and any additional portraits within three weeks (and often sooner!).
